Relax and enjoy your get together! Let me be the one to capture candid moments of your loved ones and yourselves. I promise to do my absolute best to not miss a moment. BASIC PACKAGE: A full session with curated, color photographs. Images are selected by the photographer and lightly edited for brightness, tone, and framing. No heavy retouching, just clean, natural photos that reflect the moment as it was. Extended time is available at $100 per hour. RETOUCHED PACKAGE Includes everything from the Basic Package, plus additional enhancements for a more polished finish. Curated images receive professional retouching, including skin smoothing, blemish removal, light background cleanup, and refined color correction. Extended time is available at $200 per hour. DownPayment of $100 accepted through Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE WE SHOOT DEPOSIT: $100 required to reserve a session (non-refundable if canceled with less than one week’s notice) Balance Due: Day of Session Accepted Payments: Credit Card or Cash (All PricingIncluded Applicable Taxes) Clients may reschedule once with 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit. Sessions will end at the scheduled time; additional time may be billed if the schedule allows.Clients who are late will forfeit time lost, and full session fees still apply. LICENSING & USAGE: Clients will receive full-purposes in line with this agreement. Clients may not alter, apply filters, edit, or submit images to contests without written permission. You are welcome to share high- or web-resolution images on social media, and we kindly ask that you tag or credit KL Photography when doing so. Screenshots or reposts of low-resolution images are not permitted. WEATHER & CONDITIONS: Outdoor sessions will resolution digital images with personal use rights and are welcome to print them through a vendor of their choice.Final delivered images will never be watermarked, though preview images may include a watermark for online viewing. KL Photography retains full copyright to all images. For commercial clients, a license is granted to use the delivered images for advertising, promotional, and web proceed as scheduled unless weather conditions are unsafe. In case of extreme weather, KL Photography will work with the client to reschedule. PERMISSIONS: It is the responsibility of the client to secure all location permissions or permits. KLPhotography is not responsible for denied access or fines due to unapproved photography locations. Any such fines incurred will be reimbursed by the client. CLIENT CONDUCT & SAFETY: KL Photography reserves the right to end a session early without a refund if unsafe, threatening, or hostile behavior occurs. In such cases, edited images from the time covered will be delivered, but no compensation or refunds will be issued.
